The Colorado Springs Children's Museum had to endure the recent fire.
The fire did not spread as fast as it could due to strong windows, and forced a 100 student field trip at the museum from the building, and quick removal of half the animals before the building was close to re-entry.
All animals were saved from the toxic and dense smoke. The museum is now going through cleaning due to smoke and smell that has covered all surfaces in the building.
Here's the movie from the local news segment on the fire at the Children's Museum and Natural History Museum in Colorado Springs and Stratmoor Hills.
